Sales Agreement

You must be 18 years or older to place an order with NEXUS USA LLC, the owner and operator of Nexes Keys. Placing an order on this website constitutes an offer to purchase goods from NEXUS USA LLC under the following Terms and Conditions. All text, images, and design elements on this site are protected by copyright and remain the property of NEXUS USA LLC.

Definitions

Company
Refers to NEXUS USA LLC, registered at 324 Hampshire CT, Piscataway NJ 08854
Customer
Any individual or business entity making, or intending to make, a purchase from the Company.
Product
Any computer, computer hardware, or product license key sold by the Company. Complimentary services (e.g., download links or free support) do not form part of the Product definition.
Agreement
Any order, purchase, or transaction between the Company and the Customer regarding the sale of Products.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Agreements and take priority over any terms proposed by the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

Pricing

The Company reserves the right to update or correct prices at any time to address errors, omissions, or changes.

Payment

  • Full payment must be made when placing an order using one of the secure payment options provided at checkout.
  • Products will only be dispatched once the payment method is fully authorized.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • In the event of fraud, the Company will cooperate fully with law enforcement and share relevant information.

Products

  • Products sold include computers, hardware, or license keys for activating compatible software. Some license keys may require telephone activation.
  • Each key is guaranteed to activate one installation on one device only.
  • Digital license keys fall under the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109), meaning once purchased, customers may sell, transfer, or dispose of that copy as permitted by law.
  • Download links and paid support are not part of the sale.

Delivery

Physical products

Shipped through postal or courier services available at the time of purchase.

Digital products

Delivered instantly via the customer's online account upon successful payment. An account must be created at checkout to access the digital product.

While the Company strives to deliver digital items immediately, it is not liable for delays in email or account delivery caused by external factors.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are solely responsible for the installation and proper use of software.
  • Hardware products must be used according to manufacturer instructions. Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse.

Returns & Refunds

Once a product key has been provided (via email, phone, or account page), it cannot be returned or refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring they purchase the correct product key.

Physical products

May be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Damaged or altered items may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount.

Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures, or supply chain disruptions).
