Digital Products Policy
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all digital product sales are final. Once a license key, access code, or download link has been issued, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in cases such as:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase.
- Failure to review product details (compatibility, requirements, or usage instructions).
- Customer-side technical issues such as device incompatibility, installation errors, or internet connection problems.
- Activated software (once a license key has been redeemed, it cannot be returned or reused).
Exchange Policy
- Software exchanges may be approved within 30 days of purchase if the license key has not been activated.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Exceptions (Refunds Possible)
We will consider refunds in limited situations:
- Duplicate Order: If the same product was purchased more than once by mistake.
- Defective Product: If a license key or digital item provided by us does not work and the issue is verified to be from our side (not user error or compatibility issue).
