After some shopping around, this was the best deal we found. We ordered five (5) license activation keys.

When we did not receive the activation keys within an hour, we emailed the helpdesk (email address was provided with purchase confirmation). We received an email right away that someone was working on it, and the keys came through ten minutes later.

When I first used my activation key I got an error code. I sent a screenshot of the error code and a screenshot of the Windows 10 Pro stats that I was running on my laptop. They got back to me and resolved the issue and I was up and running in no time. I would not hesitate to purchase other items from MS Office Works.

The product is doing everything I purchased it to do. I had to purchase a new computer, my old one was a dinosaur, I believe it had Office 2007. This current version works with all my old work, it was very easy to install. I have had Office on all my units & use it at work also, I will always use this product over other products that have popped up over the years. No complaints

I was a little hesitant at first, but when I finally downloaded and applied the activation key I was very pleased. I have read other reviews of this site which were very negative, but in my opinion they were all wrong. Keep up the good work!
